1. Introduction
Welcome to Betano Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and Betano ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of betano-jit.net, including all sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, poker, and any other products or services offered through the platform.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Betano, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Betano platform.
These Terms apply specifically to users accessing Betano from Pakistan and are written with Pakistani players in mind. All monetary references are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
These Terms are written in plain English to help Pakistani players understand their rights and obligations clearly. If anything is unclear, contact our support team at support@betano-jit.net before creating an account.
2. Eligibility
To use Betano, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Betano strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds held pending return after identity verification.
- You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity — registering an account for personal use only.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have previously had a Betano account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You must be accessing Betano from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before registering and using the platform.
Betano operates a strict 18+ policy. Any attempt to register under a false age will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities. We use identity verification to enforce this policy.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Betano. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering on Betano, you agree to the following:
- All registration details including name, date of birth, mobile number, and address must be accurate and match your official identification documents (CNIC, passport, or similar).
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone.
- You must notify Betano immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support@betano-jit.net.
- Betano reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time — including before processing withdrawals. This is a standard procedure to protect players and prevent fraud.
- Accounts are for personal use only. Using a Betano account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account is prohibited.
Betano may close or suspend any account that provides false information during registration, without obligation to return any funds until identity has been satisfactorily verified.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on Betano are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Betano supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.
- Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Betano wallet instantly in most cases. Betano does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times are typically same-day for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within four hours for bank transfers during business hours.
- KYC Requirement: Betano reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. This is to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a withdrawal being held until verification is complete.
- Only deposit money you own: Funds deposited to Betano must be from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned.
- Bonus balance restrictions: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
- Inactivity: Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive (no login, no transaction) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month. Betano will notify you before any such fee is applied.

5. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Betano, including cricket, football, PSL, kabaddi, and all other markets:
Bet confirmation is final. Once a bet is placed and confirmed by the Betano system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
Odds at time of placement apply. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that will be used to calculate your payout, regardless of subsequent odds movements.
Palpable errors. Betano reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (e.g., a result of a data entry or technical error resulting in odds significantly different from market value). Such voided bets will have the stake returned in full.
Abandoned and postponed events. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, Betano will void all open bets on that event and return stakes to the players' wallets.
In-play betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to brief delays to prevent abuse of late information. Betano reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event.
Maximum payout limits. Maximum payout per bet is Rs 10,000,000 (one crore). Bets exceeding this limit may be adjusted by Betano before confirmation.
Match fixing and collusion. Any bet placed by a player with knowledge of pre-arranged or corrupt results will be voided. Betano cooperates with sports integrity organisations and may report such activity.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Betano periodically offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
- The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on sports markets with odds of 1.50 or higher, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
- Free bets have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from a free bet (above the free bet stake value) are withdrawable after wagering requirements are met.
- Betano reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus if fraudulent activity, account duplication, or exploitation of a promotional error is detected.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time. Opting into a new promotion before meeting the wagering requirements of an existing one will forfeit the unused bonus balance.
- Bonuses are for personal use only. Coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts — whether individually operated or in groups — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

7. Casino, Virtual Sports, and Crash Games
The following applies to all non-sports products on Betano, including live casino games, slots, virtual sports, the Aviator crash game, and poker:
- All casino and game products on Betano use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or provably fair algorithms. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published within each game's information panel.
- The Aviator game uses a provably fair algorithm. Crash outcomes are determined before each round begins and can be independently verified using the cryptographic hash published in the game interface.
- Virtual sports outcomes are determined by a certified RNG. Each virtual event is statistically independent from all previous events — there are no patterns to exploit.
- Live casino games are operated by third-party providers and are subject to the rules of those providers in addition to Betano's general terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each live game lobby.
- Any technical malfunction during a game round that cannot be resolved by a server replay will result in all bets for that round being voided and stakes returned.
- Betano reserves the right to limit stakes, suspend game access, or close a player's game account if patterns of play are identified that indicate abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or collusion with other players.
8. Responsible Gaming
Betano takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer the following player-controlled tools, available at any time from your account settings:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased immediately — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session time alerts: Receive a notification when you have been logged in continuously for a specified period.
- Cooling-off period: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Self-exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, all access to your account is suspended. Betano will not send any promotional communications to self-excluded players.

9. Privacy and Data
Betano collects and processes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on Betano, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with that policy.
Key points:
- Your data is used to manage your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and provide customer support. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Betano uses encryption for all data transmission and stores player information on secured servers.
- You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Betano holds about you and to request corrections to any inaccurate data by emailing support@betano-jit.net.
- Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of your data. Betano retains transaction records and identity documents for a minimum period as required by applicable regulations.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betano and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Creating more than one account, whether under your own name, a false identity, or any other person's details.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with Betano's systems in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate unfair advantage. Any winnings from such exploitation will be voided.
- Placing bets with foreknowledge of corrupt or fixed match outcomes ("match fixing").
- Money laundering — using Betano to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Betano is legally obligated to report suspicious transaction activity.
- Communicating false information to Betano's customer support team, including false claims about transactions, account ownership, or identity.
- Coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers, arbitrage bonuses, or manipulate outcomes in multiplayer games.
- Accessing your account or making deposits using payment methods that belong to a third party without their explicit consent — this constitutes financial fraud.
11. Account Suspension and Closure
Betano reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. In practice, account action is taken when:
- A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
- A player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected that suggest abuse, fraud, or a technical exploit.
- A self-exclusion request is received and must be enforced.
- A legal or regulatory obligation requires Betano to take action on the account.
Where an account is suspended for investigation, Betano will provide written notification (via email) within 5 business days of the suspension, including a reason and a path to resolution where one exists. During an investigation, withdrawal of the account balance may be temporarily withheld. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, no funds will be forfeited and the account will be reinstated or the balance returned promptly.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support@betano-jit.net. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is complete.
12. Limitation of Liability
Betano provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform operational and accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The following limitations apply:
- Betano is not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside our control (including internet outages, server downtime, or third-party payment processor failures).
- Betano is not responsible for betting losses arising from a player's own decisions, misunderstanding of odds, or misinterpretation of market rules.
- In the event of a technical error that affects a live bet, Betano's liability is limited to returning the original stake for the affected bet. No consequential or indirect losses will be compensated.
- Betano's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the value of the stake placed on the affected bet(s).
Nothing in these Terms limits Betano's liability in cases of fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence on the part of Betano or its employees.
13. Changes to These Terms
Betano may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, applicable regulations, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect.
Your continued use of Betano after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account and receive any remaining balance.
